Henskes - SMD Cooperations

The SMD Technology Ltd. made a cooperation aggreement with the german Henskes Electronic Components GmBH, which is a distributor company of electronic components.

The contract took effect on Apr.1. 2006, and in principle it spreads over all the products which distributed by Henske which you can find on the www.henskes.de website.

In certain products the Henskes will build a consignation warehouse that we will always top up, and it will have the warehouse list in the usual warehouse list.

In the beginning the consignation warehouse is the product range of Central Semiconductor Corp, Knightbright, Riker, Zentrum Mikroelektronic Dresden and Rohm. In the case of other products we import the products for order, and it may change in the function of trade.
